Terms and Conditions
I agree to pay Tara McGillicuddy, Director of ADDClasses.com $27 per month for the ADD Book Club which will automatically be charged to my credit card each month.I will be charged every 30 days and my membership starts on the date I sign up and give my payment information.
I understand that I may cancel my subscription at any time but it is my responsibility to contact ADDClasses.com by email at least 5 business days before the next billing date to cancel my membership. It is also my responsibility request a confirmation of cancellation notice from
ADDClasses.com.
I understand that Tara McGillicuddy, Scott Lewis, Cindy Giardina, and ADDClasses.com are not responsible for any decisions I make after joining the ADD Book Club. The ADD Book Club provides education and coaching. It does not provide mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
I understand that I must be a registered member of ADDClasses.com in order to access the ADD Book Club area. I also understand that I must have cookies enabled to use the ADDClasses.com site.
I understand that long distance telephone charges may apply.
I understand that I must be at least 18 years old to participate in the ADD Book Club.
I understand that no refunds will be given.
By joining the ADD Book Club I acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
